Question
I have 2 coins (both exactly the same) - on one side are the words:
"ONE TROY OUNCE .999 FINE SILVER STRUCK IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA BY THE LETCHER MINT CERTIFIED WEIGHT AND QUALITY"
Then there is a signature under that: "A Letcher" and the date under that: 1973
On the other side is a picture of an eagle - underneath the eagle it says: "ONE TROY OUNCE"
The writing and the picture are all raised print. I don't have a camera handy at the moment, but if you need a picture, I'm sure I could come up with one - let me know.

You didn't specify, but I assume you are looking for a value for these silver rounds.

They're not rare, so their only value will be for the silver they contain.

Currently silver is right about $13.00 per ounce, so you have about $26 worth.
