Question
I have some old half dollars from the fifties how valuable are thay?
)
Hello Rol.,
In circulated condition these only sell for $3.00 to $8.00 dollars each. This is due to the huge mintages and that so many were saved. The 90% silver coin was discontinued in 1964, and people hoarded them.
Depending on how sharp the strike is and especially if there are any real dents or heavy contact marks the coins are worth less.
