Question
hello i work at papa johns in panama city beach, Florida. I have recently come across a (what I belive is) fifty cent piece, and on each side is a head.it looks and feels like a real coin and says liberty on top, in god we trust on the bottom, and under that it says for the date 1776-1976 on both sides and each side is not reverse like other coins. I am very interested in this coin and if you could send me some info about it to my email i would realy appreciate it thank you very much.          -matt pitts

Answer
Hi Matt,
This is a magician's coin, you will always win the flip.
They sell in novelty and magic shops for about $7

When a coin is minted, the front (obverse) and back (reverse) are struck simultaneously thereby virtually eliminating the possibility of a genuine 2 headed coin.
