Question
My dad had a wheat penny and it only has 195 as the date the other number was not rub off it was found that way and it has been lock up for over 20 years. Do you have any ideas what it is worth? Any one that would be interested in it. Giving all the money to my mom can you help

Answer
Hi Tim,
Errors such as these are not uncommon.  Often it occurs from there being grease in the dies when the coin is struck.
I am sorry to say that it really doesn't have much value however, I would put it on eBay and see what the bids are.
