Question
don't know much about coins, but ill try to describe the best I can.Image of Spaniard with helmet and vn-balboa around the top.On the backside a lady walking and looking to her right while carrying something with repvblica de panama 1934 around the outside edge. It is encased in clear plastic. Thank you for your time. P.S. I found this in the grass.

Answer
Hi David,
This is a silver "Balboa" from Panama.  A balboa is the equivalent of our dollar coin.  If the coin is in used condition, it's worth about $6 but in mint condition, which I hope it is since you said it is encased in plastic, is worth $35
