Coin and Paper Money Collecting/Dime misprint?

Dime
I have a 2000 dime, P mint, with really strange marks. Only the middle of the back side printed, I'm guessing? I'm uploading the best picture I could get. What do you think?

Thank you for the picture.

Someone has machined off the back side of the coin for use in a magician's coin.

This must be happening in a huge scale lately -- this is the 4th question I've answered about these today.

Considered altered or damaged, it has no collector value.
