Coin and Paper Money Collecting/U S penny

Question
I've found a penny, date uncertain, but fairly new, which is the same size as a regular one, but was misstamped. Only about 2/3 of the engraving is shown on each side, with the rest of the coin plain. Can you tell me anything about it? Thanks so much.

Answer
Hi Gay,

Off-center coins are not that rare.  I have handled quite a few over the years and they are available n eBay for a few dollars each.  Check eBay for one like yours for a current value.

I hope this helped you.
