Question
I have found 2 gold (gold colored coins) in our collection that I am trying to find out if they are real and what their value may be.

One is a 1912 Georgivs V D.G.BRITT:OMN:REX F.D. IND :IMP-approx nickle size in excellent condition

the other is a 1981 Libertador Simon Bolivar El Doblon Venezolano-it is a little larger than a quarter and is alos in excellent condition.

Answer
The 1912 sounds to me to be a Great Britain Gold Sovereign.  These are worth about $225

The second coin may be from Panama (Simon Bolivar) however, I can not locate it in my catalog.

I hope this was of some help to you
