Coin and Paper Money Collecting/double headed quarter

Question
is it possible to have a real double heade quarter. It is of the new states quarter P. mint . It appears to be authentic . How could I varify and or establish value if any.

Answer
Technically Jacob, it is impossible to have a genuine 2 headed quarter.  The process for striking a coin includes both sides being struck simultaneously.  If a coin was struck on one side, then flipped over for the other side, I could see the possibility.  But our technology doesn't allow for that to happen.
2 headed coins are sold in magic and novelty shops for about $7

I hope this helped you.
