Question
I have 2 nickles with no mint mark on them so what are they worth and why do they have no mark the dates are 1972 and 1966

Answer
Kay Lynn,

"P" mintmarks were not added to nickels until 1980, so any nickle older than that which does not have a mintmark would have come from the Philadelphia mint.

Both the dates you specified are considered common and have no added value in circulated condition.
