Question
i have a copper courled us coin. on one side is george washington with his name and the words 1st president of usa 1789-1797. on the other side is john f kennedy with the words 55th president usa 1961-1963. I would be grateful for any information. Thank you.

Answer
Hi Tim,
This is a commemmorative medal not a coin since it have no denomination such as 5 cnets, 25 cents, etc.
Most likely it was produced by a private mint depicting our first president, and our 35th.
It is probably 35, not 55.
As far as I am aware, there is no value to this medal.
