i wanted to ask how much silver is in the 1867 to 1967 canadian couger quarter.thank you

Chris,

Due to the rising price of silver that year, the cougar quarters were made in both 80% and 50% silver varieties, which are indistinguishable by eye.

The 80% coin would have 4.66 grams of silver.

The 50% coin would have 2.91 grams of silver.
