Question
i have one set that is a 95olympic coin with a pin should I keep the packing.

Answer
Hello Denis,

This special packaging, like presentation cases and wood display boxes are good to save and in the future will bring a higher premium for common coins.

A common coin is one that was over produced and the current supply is greater than the demand.

Since this is the case with a lot of modern coins, many people will look for the original certification, along with packaging and other articles that were supplied by the U.S. Mint.

Many collectors would rather not overpay for a modern coin professionally graded and encapsulated by PCGS or NGC when an original is still available.

Good Luck,
