QuestionQUESTION: I have a 1995 one dollar bill. The back of the bill with the pyramid and the American eagle bleed thought to the front of the bill. So when looking at the front of the bill you see the back of the bill reversed. Is this worth anything?
ANSWER: Hello Paul,
The Ink bleeding through the paper is not adding any value to the note.
I do not know of any dealers that are trading errors like the one you describe. It makes me wonder if the defect came from the bureau of Printing like this or had something happen after it was released.
Does the note look new or circulated?

QUESTION: This bill was found on top of a visor in a 1995 ford Taurus. And it was crisp brand new bill. I can photo graph it if you would like?
AnswerHello again Paul,
If you still suspect it to be a genuine error it needs to be checked by a specialist. If it is a genuine error, it will have numismatic value. But it cannot be estimated without a knowledgeable coin person seeing it.
The Item would have to be seen to be accurately appraised. A photograph would not really help with this.
If you write back, (using the private question check box), with the general location (nearest large cities) and telephone area code or codes and some zip codes in your area, I can direct you to an AMERICAN NUMISMATIC ASSOCIATION MEMBER/DEALER near there. They are ethical and trustworthy.
Most likely the note was contaminated with a solvent or a similar ink was applied. If this is an alteration it renders the note worthless to true collectors. Only if the notes had come from the U.S. Mint this way would they be valuable.
I hope this information Helps.
