When I saw this oddly shaped 7 on a 1967 dime, it seemed worthy of a question. Is this the result of a slightly off strike? Does it create any value beyond $0.10 for the coin? Thank you.

From the looks of it in the picture, it looks like there was a foreign substance (like machine grease) in the die when the coin was struck, preventing the full strike of the 7.
Collector interest in coins like this is low. If you can find an interested buyer, you might get a dollar for it.
