Coin and Paper Money Collecting/2 Italian coin values

Question
I am evaluating the wholesale value of a small coin collection and have been unable to find a value for the following 2 Italian coins because they are pre 1900.
1894 10 Centesimi in good condition
1862 5 Centesimi in poor condition, but give me a good condition price just to give me some idea of its value.

                               Thanks, very much

Answer
Hi Jerry,
The 1894 has two varieties, one with a B/I mint mark on the bottom of the reverse and one with an R mint mark.
The B/I is common and worth just a couple of dollars in circulated condition, a high grade one sells for $5-$10 and an uncirculated example can go in the $30-$50+ range. More if it's been professionally graded and slabbed.
The R mint mark is more rare and ranges from $10 to well over $100.
The 1862 coin has only one mint mark and ranges from just a dollar or two in well circulated condition up to $60+ for an uncirculated one.
Thanks for the question! =)

Expertise

My specialty is world coins from the 18th to 20th centuries, primarily non-US foreign coins and related areas such as errors and exonumia (tokens, medals, etc.). I can answer questions relating to identification, grading, selling, preservation and evaluation of such items. In addition to catalog value, I can give you the practical market value and trends for specific types of coins. I will also take questions regarding counterfeits (both modern and antique) and on how to identify them. I am NOT knowledgeable in paper money/banknotes, ancient or "shipwreck" coins. Thank you.
