Question
How much is elizabeth coins worth and where do I take them to exchange for cash
First off, there were a number of countries that had Queen Elizabeth on their coins. So not knowing which country, I really can't hep you.
What I can tell you is that unless you travel to those countries, you can't exchange them here in the US. Foreign exchange banks will not accept coins.
