my son found a coin and its hard to read.
there I think is a ladys head on 1 side.
and the other has whats looks like a sun and under that
is the number 100 I think there is a date
and it was made in 1990.

Hi Linda,
I've attached a picture of the coin that I believe you have. If this is the case, then this is a Greek 100 drachmes. Since this is fairly modern coinage, your coin is worth a couple of dollars if it's in shiny mint condition. Otherwise the value is not significant.
