Question
I HAVE HUNDREDS OF CIRCULATED SILVER MERCURY DIMES FROM 1916 THRU 1945 SOME WITH THE D & S MARKS. SHOULD I SCRAP THEM FOR THE SLIVER OR IS THERE ANY VALUE. THANK YOU

Answer
yes there are a few date in that series which are better ,1916-d,1921-p and d and any high grade early date will have some numismatic value, the coins in the 30s and 40 s usually do not except for the 1941 over 42 overdate,my advice would be find a trusted local dealer to look at them for you
