What is the true value of a 1803 true silver dollar in very good condition with all imprint very clear and readable.

Exact grading is essential in valuing this coin, as well as considering any possible cleaning or other problems. If you had it in a certified holder with a listed grade it would be easy -- not being able to see the coin makes it impossible.
First of all you have to verify that it is NOT one of the thousands of Chinese counterfeits out there.

A lightly worn coin in VERY FINE grade is listed at $2750.00
A just slightly less worn coin in EXTRA FINE grade is listed at $4400.00
And a coin with just the slightest touch of wear in ALMOST UNCIRCULATED grade is listed at $9000.00
So you can see how difficult it is to offer a value on this coin without actually seeing it.
If you could provide a picture of both sides of the coin, I can try to be more specific.
