lincoln 1953 wheat pen
Hi i have a 1953 lincoln wheat penny.There is an s under the year. The stange thing is theres a weird depression on the back side of the penny. I have attached a photo.

That symbol was stamped onto the coin at some time after it left the mint.  You ever see those religious fish symbols on the back of cars as you drive down the road?  That is what this is.

Considered altered or damaged, it has no collector value.
