Question
I have a twenty dollar bill that printed in 1988 with serial number printed upside down.  the serial numbers are L 78370251F. Is it of any value. Also it was cut wrong i could see some of another bill on this 20 dollar bill which seem like a error. This is an american bill. Thank you

Answer
Hi Frankie, this is an inverted overprint that may be worth about $100+.
Error value depends on date, type and extent of the error as well as amount of folds or wear and collector demand.
You might try the following Paper Money Errors links:

You may also find similar pieces on Ebay.com for comparison.
You might take it by a local coin shop for a first hand opinion: http://find.mapmuse.com/interest/coin_dealers .
