Question
Brad, I HAVE A FEW 20 FRANC ROYAUME DE BELGIQUE AND 100 FRANK NATIONAL BANK VAN BELGIE AND A 50 FRANK KONINKRIJK BELGIE NOTES. WHAT ARE THEY WORTH IN AMERICAN MONEY AND WHERE CAN I EXCHANGE THEM? 1966/1964

Answer
Hi M, Exchange values for these Belgian pre-Euro notes can be found here: http://www.oanda.com/currency/converter/ .
Banks may convert them for a fee. The Belgian Franc is worth about 3.5 U.S. cents. Collector value is likely worth more though.
Collector value of a note depends on date, series letter or signature and condition, including amount of wear, any folds, tears or stains as well as collector demand.
The 20 Francs may be worth up to about $2 if uncirculated (no wear) while the 100 Francs may be worth up to maybe $10 if uncirculated.
You might also try a library for a copy of the Standard Catalog of World Paper Money for pictures, values and lots more interesting info.
