Question

penny
On this penny their is a face on it that's on't from the mint i think , i've looked around and i haven't found anything about it maybe you could help me out thanks jeremy

Answer
The face on the coin was stamped into the coin after it left the US Mint.  It is not a government issue, rather a marketing piece.
They make these for many occassions and to honor different people.
The most common is John F. Kennedy.
Although interesting, it has no value.
