Question
My father gave me a coin from the atocha wrecks I have the coin and the coin flip on the casing and seem to have misplaced it or lost it. My question is about all the information on the coin flip: TSI number 86A-133559,  Denom-8, Mint-P, Assayer: NV, Origin: Tag 7, comments 1,and on also I guess its a upc code.  I would like to find out what this information means and if there is a way I can get a copy of the certification?  Thank You for your time hope to hear from u soon.

Answer
Mel Fischer in Florida has a museum with all the records of the Atocha find.  Numerous companies marketed them so without the certificate of bill of sale, this is the only way I can think of to get your information.
Try contacting the museum directly.
