Question
I found a silver dime size coin that has a left facing woman with her hair up and the words Wilhelmina Koningin Der Nederlanden on the front of the coin. On back side of this coin is what appears to be two curving laurel leaf branches with a ribbon at the bottom of the stems. It is marked 25 cents, with a date of 1939. It appears to be in fairly good condition, just needs cleaning, which I don't know how to do or what to use to do it. Could you please tell me if this coin has any special value and whom I might take it to to sell?

This Dutch coin is made of silver, so at the very least you can sell it for scrap value to a local jeweler. In good condition, they are worth around $3-$5 when sold on eBay (for example). Coins that are dirty or have been harshly cleaned are only worth silver value. This is one of the more common dates for these coins.
