Answer
Hi Lawrence,
1) The Central Bank of China, 1930, Five Custom Gold Units, if it has 'Asst. General Manager' and the serial number is only on the back then collector value may be worth about .30 with heavy wear to around $1 with moderate wear to maybe $2 with light wear to perhaps $3 if uncirculated (no wear).
2) Portugese/Mozambique, 5 Escudos, Banco Nacional Ultramarino, Green, date??, most likely 1945 which may be worth $3, $17.50, $35, $75 in same conditions as listed above.
3) The most odd! France, Chambre de Commerce de Nancy, 50 Centimes, SEPTEMBER 1918, Red/on white at the front. Grey/Green on the reverse about 5 cm long, probably worth about $5+ depending on amount of wear and collector demand.

Collector value of a note depends on country, date, denomination (face value), series letter or signature and condition, including amount of wear, any folds, tears or stains as well as collector demand. No single value can be given for more than 1 type note. Paper money has many more varieties and details that determine values than coins do.
