Question

my coins
Hello Brad,
Im asking a question about my coins i have.
we have a silver flower shaped one with wheat in it and also the number s 1. Then we have one with 5 on but the same picture and writing as the number 1. Then there is Four 10s with palm trees with fruit hanging down (looks like grapes) Same writing. And then we have two 25s with what look like a harp but then te same writing as the rest.
I would really like to no the value and origin

Hi Emma, these are Israeli 1, 5, 10, 25 aqora coins and a 1 Lira coin. The writing and dates are in Hebrew. The designs feature oat sprigs, pomegranates, a date palm, a three string lyre and a menorah. They are likely worth a dollar or less depending on date, amount of wear and collector demand.
You might also try a library for a copy of the Standard Catalog of World Coins for pictures, values and lots more interesting info.
