Coin and Paper Money Collecting/No print quarter

Question
Hey Brad, I have what looks like a quarter slug. It has nothing printed on it at all and was not scratched off. There is not even any ridges imprinted on the side. I am just wondering if there is any value to this coin.
Thanks for your time..

Matt.

Answer
Hi Matt, if it the clad type with copper showing along the edge and it has raised edges it may be worth about $5. Without raised edges about $10.
You might take it by a local coin shop for a first hand opinion: http://find.mapmuse.com/interest/coin_dealers .
