how can I tell if the knots that I have are originals or facks they are state of mississippi 1862 100$ and the other one is a confederate states of america 1864 500$ and if they are real what are they worth they are in very good condition

Answer
Hi Terry, Currency Reproductions are common and have virtually no collector value.
You can find a list of the ones that have been made here:
http://www.ronscurrency.com/rcbogus.htm
If they aren't listed there let me know and I'll find out more.
You might try Ebay.com for similar pieces for comparison.
