This Mexican 2000 Pesos note collector value may be worth about .50 with heavy wear to around $1.25 with moderate wear to maybe $3 with no wear (uncirculated).
Mexico had a monetary reform in 1992 that converted 1000 Pesos into 1 New Peso (about .10 U.S.).
You might also try a library for a copy of the Standard Catalog of World Paper Money for pictures, values and lots more interesting info.
