Question
I would like to know the worth of a 1923 ten dollar bill from the Central Bank of China. It is in good condition. The one side has what seems to be a portrait of a Chinese man and some Chinese writing. The other side has tens on it and the word ten a few times. It also says at the bottom that it is an American Bank Note Company.

Answer
Hi Tricia, there are several types of these 10 Yuan notes featuring Sun Yat-sen. What colors are on front and back? Brown/olive, pink/orange or green/blue? The most common type collector value may be worth about $1 with heavy wear to around $10 with moderate wear to maybe $15 with light wear.
