Hi, I have a 4 coin set of gold coins from the Bahamas. Denominations are 200,150,100 and 50 dollars.  They came in a sealed plastic 4 pack with a display box to put them in.  Certificate says 22 karat.  How much do these coins weigh?  Commonwealth of the bahamas independence of 1973. the coins are a 1974 issue.  1973 obverse and 1974 date on obverse.  Thanks, Dennis

Hi Dennis, There were 5528 of the Uncirculated sets issued and 3587 of the Proof sets. Proof coins have mirror fields that allows reflecting newsprint to be read at least 6 inches away.
Collector value is a bit above gold value depending on collector demand.
Gold content is as follows:
$50 .0805 of an ounce of gold.
$100 .1610 ""
$150 .2414 ""
$200 .3219 ""
