Coin and Paper Money Collecting/Chinese 1909-11 dollar

Question
I have a Japanese Yen Yr33(1900) and a Chinese silver dollar ND1909-11 from the Hupeh Provence.  Both are magnetic, so I assume both are fake.  The odd thing about the Chinese dollar is that the Reverse is similar to Y131, and the Obverse is similar to Y260.1 of the Yunnan provence.  It has 7 characters at the top.    Can it be possible that two separate dies were used to produce this coin?

Answer
A tremendous amoung of counterfeit coins have come out of China in the past few years.  As crazy as it sounds, counterfeiting is not a crime in China.
They are getting more sophisticated and don't make the mistakes they did such as wrong dates, or mismatched die pairings.

If they are magnetic, I would bet they are fakes.
