Question
Hi,
1. What is the value of the 1970, South Korean , 10 Won coin. And also 1972, 10 Won coin.

2. Are there any coin dealers, etc from whome I can collect, exchange, get information about south korean coins around SUWON, South Korea?

Answer
Hi Sandeep, There were 157 million of the 1970 10 Won coins minted that year. Some were bronze  and some were brass. Collector value of the bronze 10 Won may be worth about .10 with heavy wear to around .25 with moderate wear to maybe $1.50 with light wear to perhaps $150+ if uncirculated (no wear).  The brass 10 Won may be worth about .20, .35, $1.25, $40 in the same conditions as listed above.
There were 270 million of the 1972 10 Won coins minted in brass. Collector value may be worth about .10 with heavy wear to around .25 with moderate wear to maybe .50 with light wear to perhaps $2 if uncirculated.
You might try Ebay.com for similar pieces for comparison.
You might also try a library for a copy of the Standard Catalog of World Coins for pictures, values and lots more interesting info.
Sorry, I have next to no information on Korean coin dealers:
