AnswerHi Keesha, The first, the Texas note, is a replica. Currency reproductions are common and have virtually no collector value.
You can find a list of the ones that have been made here:
http://www.ronscurrency.com/rcbogus.htm
The Belgium 100 Francs collector value may be worth about $3 with heavy wear to around $6 with moderate wear to maybe $8 with light wear.
The Turkish 10 Lire features Kemal Ataturk. It may be worth about .10 with that amount of wear.
Collector value of a note depends on date, denomination (face value), series letter or signature and condition, including amount of wear, any folds, tears or stains as well as collector demand.
