Question
what can you tell me about value to El Banco De Espana 1928 Cincuenta Peseta paper money it"s in fair condition

Answer
Hi Luis, Collector value of a note depends on date, denomination (face value), series letter or signature and condition, including amount of wear, any folds, tears or stains as well as collector demand.
On this note, the serial number may make a difference in value because there are two varieties.
With more info I'll be glad to help further.
You might also try a library for a copy of the Standard Catalog of World Paper Money for pictures, values and lots more interesting info.
