Coin and Paper Money Collecting/miscut dollar

Question
Hello, I recently acquired a 1935F $1.00 Silver certificate in CU condition. The paper size is normal which indicates no extra cutting outside the original cut. The back of the certificate is way off center but some edge is evident all around. The front, however, has no left edge what so ever, yet the entire image is present. Can you tell me if this adds or detracts from the bills value?

Answer
Hi George, if none of the design is affected it probably adds little if any value to the $8 CU value depending on amount of collector demand.
You might take it by a local coin shop for a first hand opinion: http://find.mapmuse.com/interest/coin_dealers .
