Question
I have 2 series of 1928 paper 'one silver dollar bills" that my father left for me when he passed away.  They have different batch #'s on them as well.  Are they worth anything?

Answer
Hi Christine, Collector value of a note depends on date, denomination (face value), series letter or signature and condition, including amount of wear, any folds, tears or stains as well as collector demand.
If there is no Series letter then it may be worth about $3-$10 with wear to maybe $50 without wear (uncirculated).
