its an Italian cent.1 it says vittorio emanvele iii re d' italia and a man with a mustache on the front. and on the reverse side a woman standing holding what looks like garland or some flowers. it says cent.1 and 1915 on the back also. what is the value of this coin?

Hi Phillip, There were 9.8 million of these bronze Italian 1 centesimi coins minted that year in Rome (R) featuring King Vittorio Emanuele III (1900-46). Collector value may be worth about .50 with heavy wear to around $3 with moderate wear to maybe $7 with light wear.
You might also try a library for a copy of the Standard Catalog of World Coins for pictures, values and lots more interesting info.
