Hi Scott, with a double shaft wagon tongue an XF may be worth about $300. There were 10,000 minted. There is only one known example of the single wagon tongue design. Counterfeits exist.
This coin should weigh 3.994 grams and would contain .1176 of an ounce of gold.
You might try Ebay.com for similar pieces for comparison.
You might also try a library for a copy of the Standard Catalog of World Coins for pictures, values and lots more interesting info.
