Is a 5 dollar bill collectable when one of the 4 numerals (on rear) is colored red?  -worth any more than other 5$ bills?

Thank you for the opportunity to answer your question.

I'm guessing that you are referring to a 2006 $5 FRN. There are two different notes, both dated 2006. The most recent one has one (5) in a purple color on he reverse. It is a result of a redesign of this note to try and prevent counterfeiting by using this bill, bleaching the ink off and reprinting it with a $20 bill image to try and fool people. The newer note is not worth any more. See link for more information.
