Question

ScoutToken
I have what I believe to be a token. One one side is an image of three boys and includes the words "Stop to Think", "Look to See", "Listen to Hear". On the reverse is a picture of a cross and the words "At every crossing always be careful". I have attached an image of both sides of the token. Can you help me identify what it is and if it has any value? Thank you.

Answer
Hi Ron:

Thanks for the opportunity to answer your question.

Unfortunately, the photo did not come through. I'll answer the best I can, but if you want to ask a follow-up question and provide more information, such as size thickness and weight, or try the photo again, I'll revise my reply as needed.

I'm not familiar with your specific token. Many were manufactured for special events and thousands could have been struck. With this branch of numismatics, condition, supply and demand is critical in establishing value. Most tokens are worth a few cents to several dollars, but some exceptions exist. I found a site for you to review to try and find your piece. Be sure and check all the tabs on the right hand side of the site page, as each has photos of different scout tokens.

Hope this helps.
