1944 $200 Yuan bill from the central reserve bank of china.Serial # S704351AE. signed by Governor F.H.Chow and Vice-Governor T.K.CHiev. Is this worth more by exchange to US money, or to sell? On one side there is a chinese building at the top of a large amount of steps with people going up and down the steps. other side is face of a man.

Hi Kitty, Collector value of a note depends on date, denomination (face value), series letter or signature and condition, including amount of wear, any folds, tears or stains as well as collector demand.
This red brown note featuring Sun Yat-sen and his Mausoleum was issued by Japanese occupied banks and it may be worth about $1 with heavy wear to around $10 with moderate wear to maybe $20 with no wear (uncirculated).
You might also try a library for a copy of the Standard Catalog of World Paper Money for pictures, values and lots more interesting info.
