Question
I have some swiss banknotes dated 4-10-1956 for $1000.00, also some 20.00. Can you tell me the value, also how can I trade for U.S. dollars. Thank you Marcia
Hi Marcia, it seems the 1956 notes were recalled in 1980 and ceased to be of any exchange value in 2000. You can try the Swiss National Bank site for more info:

Collector value would be worth something depending on amount of wear and collector demand.
You might try Ebay.com or elsewhere on the Internet for similar pieces for comparison.
