Coin and Paper Money Collecting/penny

Question
I have a 2006 penny that has a very shiny, rainbow colored exterior. As pennies go, in my opinion it is beautiful.  Have you ever heard of this?  I also have an 1881 and 1900 indian head cent. Not sure what to do with them.  They havent been cleaned, so they are dirty but you can still make out all words and such on them.  Thanks!!

Answer
Hello Donna,
The 2006 penny has probably oxidized, which is a normal process.  The colors can be amazing and quite beautiful.  The value is what YOU see in it, not what others might offer.  Keep it and enjoy looking at it from time to time.
As for the indian cents, they are worth about 75 cents each in used condition since both are common dates.
