Question
Hello! I was wonder if this coin had any value to it. My mother found it today as a matter of fact in a parking lot just as she stepped out of my vehicle. She almost tossed someplace else thinking it was token belonging to an arcade or something until she had me look. I'm not sure of the mint nor what it is made of but upon closer examination I can see 2 small letter A's in both the bottom left and right side on the front of the (eagles feet?) on the coin.

Answer
Hi Rae, There were 8.5 million of these German copper-nickel 10 pfennig coins minted that year in Berlin (A) that year.
Collector value may be worth about .20 with heavy wear to around $2.50 with moderate wear to maybe $16 with light wear.
You might also try a library for a copy of the Standard Catalog of World Coins for pictures, values and lots more interesting info.
Interesting find!
