Question
I have a French 10 centimes coin from 1919 with a circular hole in the middle. How much would this be worth? One side has the letters RF on either side of the hole, and underneath a laurel wreath pattern it says EM LINDAUER. On the other side, the words Liberte Egalite Fraternite  are on the top, under which is 10 Cmes, and the date 1919 at the bottom.

Answer
Hi Bobby, There were 33.5 million of these French copper-nickel 10 centimes coins minted that year. RF stands for Republique Francaise and Lindauer was the designer.
Collector value may be worth about .10 with heavy wear to around .15 with moderate wear to maybe $1 with light wear.
You might also try a library for a copy of the Standard Catalog of World Coins for pictures, values and lots more interesting info.
