william h taft   year 2000  with date of presidency 1909/1913 on front with pic of course /on rear  republic of liberia on top  five dollars on bottom with a crest in the center outlined by stars with a liberty banner above the crest  with possibly arrows above that what is this and is it worth the five dollars my daughter took it in the store for    tnx  william hawks

Hi William, Liberia has literally issued thousands of designs for sale to collectors and the market is overloaded. If it is not silver you may be lucky to find someone to pay up to $5 for it. It is not legal tender in the U.S.
You might also try a library for a copy of the Standard Catalog of World Coins for pictures, values and lots more interesting info.
