Coin and Paper Money Collecting/Value of old bills

Question
I have $2.00 bill Series 1917 D58986255A, and a $1.00 bill Series 1936 Silver Certificate B54793981D A5894 both in poor shape. What value do they have?

Answer
sorry, it is going to depend on what you mean by poor shape.  I would guess not all that much but it depends on the exact condition.  Try going to www.ebay.com and doing searches for 1936 silver certification and 1917 $2 and see what's selling, look at condition and compare price, Jim Lawniczak
